Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team in the Minneapolis Saint Paul area. This in-office position will be responsible for managing both new and existing accounts, with a focus on increasing revenue and enhancing client relationships. As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a key role in positioning Sigma Beauty as the preferred partner for innovative, high-quality beauty products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty while effectively addressing their needs.
- Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess their needs, provide updates on product offerings, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to develop actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing account performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients to finalize agreements that drive mutual growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on account performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed revenue targets.
